Emmet Temple

Emmet Temple (Producing & Directing Apprentice) is a director, playwright and actor from Ocracoke Island, North Carolina. In 2017 he founded Mended Wing Theatre Co., a group that performs Shakespeare in public schools across the south for free, and is currently in the process of making it a state and federally recognized Non-profit. He recently returned to the South to pursue his longterm dreams for  Mended Wing, from the Kenan Directing Fellowship, at ACT Theatre in Seattle. Recent credits include, A Midsummer Night’s Dream for Mended Wing’s inaugural season, Measure for Measure in the ACT Lab, and Two Gentlemen of Verona, for Mended Wing’s second season. He excited and honored to be the Directing and Producing apprentice for Horizon’s 2018-19 Apprentice Company!
