The Atlanta Intown Theatre Partnership (AITP) expands resources for member professional theatres to create a sustainable theatre community and a more vibrant city. Their goal is to work together to leverage our collective strength, share resources, expand audiences and talent, and increase the number of donors and volunteers. The Partnership will allow each theatre to achieve the scale needed for a healthy business while maintaining the intimacy and unique theatrical experiences that characterize our artistic success.


TCGlogoTheatre Communications Group

Theatre Communications Group (TCG), the national organization for the American theatre, was founded in 1961 with a grant from the Ford Foundation to foster communication among professional, community and university theatres. Their mission is to strengthen, nurture and promote the professional not-for-profit American theatre.

The National New Play Network (NNPN) is the country’s alliance of nonprofit theatres that champions the development, production and continued life of new plays. They strive to pioneer, implement and disseminate ideas and programs that revolutionize the way theatres collaborate to support new plays and playwrights.

The Atlanta Children’s Theatre Company is passionate about sharing their love of drama and professional theatre with Atlanta’s children and families! They offer dramatic arts education experiences taught by theatre professionals in rich, child-honoring learning environments through summer camp, after-school, preschool and workshop programs. In addition, they are actively working towards becoming a full producing company, providing family-friendly productions for and by children.
