Kate Ash

Kate Ash (Acting Apprentice) has theatre run in her blood.  Raised by an actress, some of Kate’s earliest memories are of watching her mother creating magic on stage.  During childhood she volunteered for community theatre ripping tickets, working as a stage hand, and operating the spotlight.  She eventually caught the “Acting Bug” over a decade ago, and never recovered.  Originally from Northeastern Pennsylvania, the home of “The Office,” Kate relocated to Atlanta in 2016 and has since performed with Marietta’s New Theatre on the Square in Bright Half Life, Bad Seed Productions in The Vagina Monologues at City Winery, with ACT1 Theatre’s Shakespeare Troupe, as well as in commercials and independent films.  Kate is represented by Talent Direct Agency.  To be a part of Horizon Theatre’s Apprentice Company is an incredible honor.
