In addition to prosecuting crimes, Racine is responsible for creating, establishing and presenting Human Trafficking training to the DeKalb County Police Department. Prior to joining the DeKalb DA’s office, Racine was a prosecutor with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office for over 7 years as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Crimes Against Women and Children unit and Homicide Unit. She has successfully investigated, prepared and prosecuted child molestation, sexual assault and pimping cases.
