CAROLINE JANE DAVIS (she/her) hails from Greenville, South Carolina, where she works as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Theatre Arts at Furman University. Recent new play credits include world premieres of Odd by Cammi Stilwell (Director) and Kill Corp by Sofia Alvarez (Assistant Director) at the Warehouse Theatre, Our Tempest by Jake Brasch (Director) and John Proctor is the Villain by Kimberly Belflower (Dramaturg) at Furman University in partnership with the Farm Theater College Collaboration Project, MACK, BETH by Chris Stezin (Director) at the Centre Stage South Carolina New Play Festival, and Kween by Vichet Chum (Stage Manager) at the South Carolina New Play Festival. Caroline currently serves on the Artistic Advisory Council of the South Carolina Children’s Theatre, the Editorial Board of Southern Theatre magazine, and the Southeastern Theatre Conference (SETC) Executive Committee. She holds an MFA in Performance and Pedagogy from Texas Tech University.
