RACHAEL N. BLACKWELL (Lighting Designer) is a native of Hampton Roads, VA but now calls Atlanta home. She just finished three seasons at the Alliance Theatre as their Lighting & Projections Director but has since moved fully back into her lighting design and freelance work.
