For Donna Biscoe*, landing her first television role in The Boy King really planted a seed and the need to act. She quickly began to develop a reputation for outstanding work, which helped her take chances in pursuing the role of Gloria in SciFi’s Frankenfish which landed her a co-starring role. She has also played opposite accomplished actors such as Callie Thorne in Necessary Roughness, Vivica Fox in 3 Can Play That Game, Nate Parker and Ricky Schroder as Mrs. Chavis in Blood Done Sign My Name in guest starring roles. Francis Lawrence enjoyed her work enough to put her in Mockingjay1 as did Ray Mckinnon the creator of Recitify playing opposite Aden Young. More credits added to her resume are Nashville starring Connie Britton, The Rickey Smiley Show (VH1), Drop Dead Diva (Lifetime), Meet the Browns (TBS) and Army Wives where she played the role of Allison Lyall. Donna also co-starred in Sacrament which was released in May 2014.
