CHARIS SELLICK (She/They) is so excited to be making her Horizon Debut reprising the role of Posie in Hot Jambalaya! Charis is an Atlanta director, actor and playwright. A graduate of the Working Title Playwrights Dramaturgy Intensive and recipient of the 2025 New Play Award at GTC, she champions new work as both a performer and director with Essential Theatre, Stage Door Theatre, and Theatrical Outfit. Charis is one of the Co-founders of Play Haven, a new play incubator and presenter of new plays by Atlanta playwrights. Recent Atlanta credits include The Wash (Synchronicity), The Cottage (Stage Door Theatre), and of course Hot Jambalaya (Dad’s Garage). Thank you for supporting new work in Atlanta! @charisssellick
