Bobbi Lynne Scott is happy to be back in Atlanta and also returning to the Horizon stage! She made her Horizon debut as Claudia in the Tom Jones’ directed production of The Bluest Eye, adapted from Toni Morrison’s novel by Lydia Diamond. She has performed with a children’s shadow puppetry theater company in Brooklyn, and on stage at Actors Theatre of Louisville, originating the role of Rosie in Kia Corthron’s Slide Glide the Slippery Slope at the Humana Festival, as well as playing the Ghost of Christmas Past in their production of A Christmas Carol. Other Atlanta credits: A Song for Coretta, Come on In My Kitchen, Maria Kizito (7 Stages), References to Salvador Dali Make Me Hot, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner (Synchronicity), Steel Magnolias (True Colors). She received her BFA in Performing Arts from Emerson College in Boston.
