LAURA KRUEGER (Understudy) grew up in Marietta, GA and attended Berry College where she got a BA in theatre. After graduation she moved to Atlanta where she worked extensively as an actor, improviser and director with Dad’s Garage, Laughing Matters, Georgia Ensemble Theatre, Aurora Theatre, Essential Theatre, Alliance Theatre and Synchronicity Performance Group. She moved to Chicago in 2013 and performed, taught and directed for The Second City, The Annoyance Theatre, iO and Laugh Out Loud. In 2022 she completed an MFA in theatre from Kent State University and moved back to Atlanta. During the day she is the General Manager at Out Front Theatre Company. Horizon audiences may remember her as Haley in Designing Women or improvising as a member of the Y’allmark 2022 cast. Laura is delighted to understudy this year and would like to thank her sister, Eve, for giving her the opportunity.
