Carolyn Cook* has been performing, directing, teaching, and producing theatre in Atlanta for almost 30 years. She recently directed On the Verge at Georgia Ensemble Theatre and Le Petit Prince (The Little Prince) at Théâtre du Rêve. Later this season she will direct Lauren Gunderson’s Miss Bennet at Theatrical Outfit. Horizon audiences know Carolyn best as an actor in The City of Conversation, Detroit, Time Stands Still, The Syringa Tree, Homebody/Kabul, Madame Melville, Nine Parts of Desire, and The Good Times are Killing Me. She is founder and producing artistic director of Théâtre du Rêve, Atlanta’s unique French-language theatre company.
