Molly Penny (Acting Apprentice) is an acting apprentice at Horizon and a recent graduate of The University of Alabama, where she double majored in Musical Theatre and French. Favorite UA credits include A Bright Room Called Day (Rosa Malek), Seduced (Luna), The Importance of Being Earnest (Cecily), Eurydice (Eurydice u/s), serving as an assistant director on We Are Proud to Present…, and directing her own project, a staged reading of I’m Gonna Pray for You So Hard through Crimson Stage. She comes to Horizon from a summer at Flat Rock Playhouse, where she performed in Mamma Mia! and Rootabaga Express! This play is something special, and she is over the moon for the opportunity to work on such a beautiful show. Lauren, I can’t thank you enough. Love to Z and B.
