DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR:Horizon Theatre Company seeks a full-time Development Manager to join our team of theatre-loving professionals in beautiful Atlanta.   Qualified candidate will be an energetic, collaborative, organized go-getter who has 1-5 years experience and/or training in fundraising/marketing/sales/producing, works well with board members and volunteers and has excellent writing and communication skills. Candidate should have the ability to organize and execute a multi-faceted fundraising campaign under the direction of senior leadership. ASSOCIATE TECHNICAL DIRECTOR/PRODUCTION MANAGER: HORIZON THEATRE COMPANY seeks an energetic, organized Associate TD/Production Manager. Responsible for execution of all production elements for a 5-7 show season.  5 years of technical theatre experience required.  Working skills in carpentry, electrics and audio with strength in one or more of those areas. Organization, communication and crew management skills and experience required. Working knowledge of lighting, sound and projection equipment and programs, including QLab. Responsibilities include: oversight of the design and build process for all production elements; scheduling and expense tracking; recruiting and hiring of technical labor; supervision of interns, volunteers, and contract labor; hands on set construction and/or painting; supervision of build of three or more sets annually; maintenance and organization of all technical equipment and support spaces; lighting and audio-visual set-up for small events; assisting in facility maintenance. Ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, broad base of technical knowledge, management/people skills, multi-task ability, and a sense of humor.
